It’s a one bedroom converted to a 2 bedroom in a doorman building without a living room on 3rd Avenue and 55th Street - it's actually a dormitory with large beautiful views on many floors of this 50 story building. Half the building is residential and the other half is a dormitory but with a private kitchen, dining table and private bath in the apartment. The kitchen and dining table is large for the apartment (see apartment layouts ?most apartments have a larger second bedroom than the picture you will view ?the apartment layout is for a 3 people while the one I have is a 4 person apartment with the second bedroom the same size as the first one). There is also a $75/person application process for these luxury apartments. There is local phone lines hooked up that would need to be connected with Verizon ?takes about 48 hours. Each room also comes with two nice 2 desks, 2 twin beds and large windows. Each room is 12 by 15 with 12 feet ceilings. The beds are not bunk beds like the pictures show but rather elevated beds with the desk on the pictures located underneath each bed. This place would be available for you in an exciting neighborhood 2-3 blocks from the 4,5,6,E,F,N,R, Bloomingdale's, Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, Madison Avenue and Central Park. This is perfect for groups and friends of 3-4 people. (extra charges apply for more than 2 people). The dates are fixed.
